Well, the great thing about it, is that there is no real set way to train. It all depends on your fitness level, skill level, and environment. I love to simply train my flow on railings by combining different vaults, but of course, that's just me.
Some people enjoy chucking huge double back flips off high altitudes, and of course, that is just them. So find what you love doing, and go for it. Don't worry about people judging you, just go out and train. Learn basic vaults, maybe a few flips, but most of all, don't get embarrassed. Another great way that I train, is by working upper body strength, as well as lower body strength. You can try that too in your regular routines. For me, i do around eighty five pushups per night, followed by one hundred and fifty crunches, and to end it all, a minute of wall sits. With parkour, the flow combinations are endless, so keep on training, future traceurs!
